Established in 2015, Pfuko Group was founded to pursue opportunities in the energy and resource sector. What began as a focused mining consultancy has evolved into a diversified investment group spanning exploration, engineering, logistics, and property development — delivering comprehensive value across the full resource value chain.
Our services encompass mining investment, exploration and development, mineral handling, processing and trading, as well as mining consultation and logistics. Today, Pfuko Group operates as a fully integrated partner — from project identification and capital sourcing through to operational delivery and community development.
Glen is passionate about Development and holds a BA in Developmental Studies Degree: this is coupled with over 15 years of experienced working in Developmental Projects, which interacts with Local Government, Traditional Leaders, civil organizations, business forums and lobby groups in addressing the developmental challenges of the communities around the country.
In his previous life, Glen pursued Entrepreneurship with passion, holding a B.com degree and working in organizations such as Standard Bank, Liberty Life, Mattfin Money Matters, etc. Glen’s found passion in Entrepreneurship led him into mining, technology (fiber installation), Engineering Solutions (focusing mainly in offering engineering solutions to mining companies, and Logistics (commodity hauling both on road and on rail) among other interests which he found pleasure in.
Glen’s vision and role drove his companies in the industry has enhanced from being commodity and mineral consultants but to compliment the full value chain from investment, to Minonh Consultants, to Engineering Solutions and Support Services; Hence the birth Pfuko Investment Group, Pfuko Exploration, Pfuko Resources, Engineering & Logistics. Pfuko Group is busy with various projects which includes mining operations in Lephalale, Bronkhorstspruit, Northwest, among many other initiative that Glen has led and continue to drive. Pfuko Group has invested also in food production through Savannah foods to ensure food security within the region.
Glen believes in the total emancipation and transformation of Africa through the effective utilization of Mineral Resources to benefit the communities through active participation, employment, better education and health services. Through Partnership and affiliations which extends to international companies and countries, Glen’s vision is to build a world renowned brand that will serve the entire continent and the world.
